2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Wrong size sent by our team

  • Defective or damaged item received

  • Missing item from the order

Any request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Colour variation due to screen display settings

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

  • Hijabs, scarves, and personal wear items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or tags

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the parcel packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement item where applicable.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been successfully processed.

  • An order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We determine that a refund is appropriate after reviewing a verified issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Bazli Legacy.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

8. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may take approximately 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
